How is DeedNetwork different than other online form sites?

Unlike other sites that offer free deed templates only, when it comes to preparing deed instruments, not only do you need a deed, you also need a state and often times county forms that must be completed and turned in with the signed deed. Of course you must pay to have them recorded. DeedNetwork is the only solution that offers proper deed templates, all of the forms you need with your deed and a fee calculator to make sure your new deed will be recorded the first time. The other sites only offer deed templates.
